Day Fifty: Packing and Final Preparations for the Trek to CBC Today, after breakfast, Mario and I continued to pack up our personal luggage and decided that we would tear down the rest of base camp after lunch. It will be quite difficult to get all of our equipment onto the eight yaks we requested, but after the exorbitant price we paid for extra yaks on the way up, we decided to request the absolute minimum for the way down (seven are included with our TMA contract so we are paying for only one extra yak). When all was packed up, we had dinner in the kitchen tent with Gopal, then went to bed, planning on getting a very early start tomorrow.
